Once the front of the tooth has been shaved to make space for a dental veneer, the patient will always need a dental veneer to be on that tooth. The dentist will match the color of the veneer to your other teeth to make the veneer look as natural as possible.
What Are Dental Laminates?
A dental laminate is similar to a dental veneer, but it’s much thinner. Dental laminates are often used to cover discolorations but can’t be used to cover gaps in the teeth because they’re so thin.
